The project has been on-schedule from the beginning. The sub-contractors working on the job have been terrific. And they clean up every night before leaving. “We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it. “Aspen Ridge Builders recently installed a complete set of replacement windows in our home. Patrick was great to work with, and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and working out the finer details of the project. He squeezed us into a very busy late fall schedule, and made sure that we were taken care of before winter arrived, which was very much appreciated. The entire installation crew was courteous, timely, professional, cleanly, and most importantly, the work that they performed was all high quality. Patrick himself came out a few weeks after completion to tie up a few loose ends and ensure that we were pleased with the results. We have several more big projects planned for the coming years, and Aspen Ridge Builders will certainly be our first, and likely only call.”

“I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

“Gerald does an excellent job, very hard working, creative with ways to fix problems easily and less expensively, and overall does an excellent job. He's quite professional and returns call promptly, plus does the work he promises in the specified timeframe. He has done multiple projects for us over several years, including painting the house, redoing decayed wood on porch, mending a fence, and once came urgently on a Saturday for a ruined ceiling (water damage). His work is clean and nicely done.”

“We cannot overstate the benefit of finding Cobb Hill Construction - a team of professionals who make it their practice to go the extra mile. They came at the recommendation of our initial architect and began attending design meetings. When we opted to switch design firms, Cobb Hill kept working with us to get us a realistic price, before we moved forward. From pricing the project to using project planning to keep us on schedule and within budget, Cobb Hill made the difference in giving us a fantastic experience. They have been doing what they do a long time and their business is built on straight dealing and assigning the right man/or woman for the job. I'm a Project Management Professional and my husband is an Engineer, so we were expecting a lot, and Cobb Hill delivered. Their staff were courteous, neat, qualified and always ready to help when we had questions or concerns. We cannot say enough about this company and its ability to meet and exceed expectations. Highly recommend - you will want to have them over to celebrate when your project is completed - we did!”
