“Total gutting of kitchen, new powder room and closet in front hall including all electrical and plumbing, painting several rooms and repair of incidental plumbing issues elsewhere. The workmen were superb from start to finish. They were on schedule and responsible. The workers always made sure that the work site was left clean and orderly and even though we remained in the house during the renovation they made sure it was as livable as possible. Dragan was an absolute gentleman in all regards: easy to talk to, always returned calls in a timely fashion and was always calm and able to find solutions to unexpected problems. The project came in on budget and and also time. I have absolutely no complaints about the work and would have no hesitation to recommend Ivic construction and would definitely refer him to others. I have used other workmen in the past for a variety of renovations and have always had issues but this project was the largest yet most satisfying mostly because of the construction group. ... “It was great working with Jake, he understood exactly what we wanted, spent plenty of time with us going over our initial plans, and advised and recommended solutions wherever necessary- he also got back to us immediately whenever we had queries, hardware delays or design changes that needed to be addressed. Any little thing we were unhappy with he corrected quickly. We’re very happy with our two bathroom renovations!”

“My wife and I were very happy with the quality and end result from JC Unlimited. We picked them based off all the 5 star reviews we read which is why we wanted to also leave a fantastic review! The communication and knowledge from Jesse, Karley, Kim and all the guys on the crew was excellent. They kept us up to date with everything going on and were accommodating with us adding or removing anything from the project. They renovated our upstairs completely from structural to upgrading our kitchen. We really liked how they had a breakdown of our cost to show exactly where our money was being spent to so everything was upfront and clear. We would definitely recommend JC Unlimited to anyone looking for a quality renovation and would use them in the future. Thanks again for the great work! We love it!”
