“They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“I really don't know where to start or end my review. My dream was to live in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. My husband and I found a 100-year-old home that was very small and in need of major remodeling, but it was in the perfect neighborhood. We were hesitant about undergoing such a huge renovation. After meeting with Treasured Spaces we were ecstatic! They listened to our needs and created plans that exceeded our highest expectations! And it gets even better. They were amazing to work with! They turned the plans that we created together into reality. We love our home and the entire process was amazing. So amazing that we've hired Treasured Spaces to come back on several additional jobs...a nursery off our master suite, a deck, finished basement spaces, and more...and that's just in our house that we purchased back in late 2010. “A new bathroom was constructed in the basement of our house. We bid the job out and Elias Construction was chosen. The main reason was he actually listened to what both I and my wife wanted. The estimate process was very detailed along with the timeline of the work. If there were any questions or requests he was easily reached and it was discussed in a timely manner. The construction was actually finished a few days early which gave us the opportunity to insure everything was done to our satisfaction. He not only met but exceeded our expectations and was able to construct the area as we pictured it and even left us more free space than we expected. Based on the work he had done for us I would recommend Elias Construction, LLC.”

“Bruce Hagen did a complete replacement of siding, shingles, and all historical trim details on our south side of our 94 year old home. His attention to detail was wonderful as I am very picky about things being as accurate to the period of the home. He and his crew did a great job and we are making plans for our next project for him to do. He also took some ideas I had and brought them to life with making our garage look more fitting with the architecture of the home and suggested some great ideas that took it even further. We are very happy and highly recommend him.”
