“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“We hired Steve from BCI on the recommendation from a friend for a full renovation on the downstairs area of our home as well as an additional build of an attached granny flat. From the moment we met Steve we were impressed and at ease with his friendly honest approach. He was thorough & informative in letting us know the process at hand. Not only was his knowledge in building & renovating but he also has some wonderful creative ideas that helped with design, colours & interior choices. “Fulfilled all aspects of both jobs The lift install was a challenge involving cutting through the concrete floor all done with much less mess and inconvenience final completion was perfect and left us totally satisfied The onsuite was a similarly process successful effort with minimal disruption to our daily life every effort to a keeping dust ,mess was done and w Must say very successfully achieved The completed on suite ( really a complete rebuild) was excellent and full filled our expectations rob a tee Very happy with the whole experience”

“Cannot recommend Dwain and the team at Hezzelic enough! From our first meeting, Dwain was great to deal with, friendly, listened to what we were after and our concerns (we were building in Brisbane whilst living in Sydney), accommodating and provided valuable feedback on all aspects given this was our first build. All the specifications and price of the build were laid out from the beginning and Dwain took the time to talk through all our questions in detail (thanks for your patience!) to make sure we were comfortable with everything and to ensure there were no surprises. All the inclusions were of a high standard. The build itself was seamless, we were provided regular updates on the progress of the build and there were no delays from the original timetable. What sets Hezzelic apart is the quality of finishes and the pride Dwain, Shane and the team take in their work. Just a tiny example, during the build, Dwain noticed the way we had the front door swing in the plans didn’t flow well practically, he called us to discuss this, and amended the plan for the door accordingly. It is the little details like this that you miss when you are not on site but that we were grateful that the Hezzelic team took the time to think of and address during the build process. Dwain, Shane and the team have great attention to detail and take pride in their finishes, when we did the walk through for handover, they picked out defects that we missed and had them all fixed prior to us moving in. We are often complemented by friends (especially those who have built before) on the quality of our build. Thank you Dwain, Shane and the team. We look forward to partnering with you again in the future when we build our next home.”
