As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. “We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

“I worked with Michael and Dynasty Contracting on some projects around my house from finishing a basement, painting rooms, removing a mantle and generally making my house ready to go. The work was done right and on time! He communicated with me throughout the process and was always on time. I would (have) highly recommend Michael and Dynasty Contracting to anyone wanting to do updates or additions to their home. I already have some new projects ready for him!”

“The company provided a 6 day remodel of a bathroom. Demolition was completed quickly and easily while they hung sheeting to protect other areas of the home. If I had any questions or concerns, they were answered quickly. The staff was very good in making sure that I was happy with the completed project! Awesome and dependable.”

“Both bathrooms reconfigured & remodeled. Made handicapped capable. Contractor was honest, punctual and easy to work with. Advantage was the architectural background. He listened and the plan provided us with what we wanted. Would definately reccomend! He also did a kitchen addition in the past and it was the same experience.”
