There were some delays with certain parts of the project such awaiting for the cabinets to be painted which cannot be controlled, even with some unexpected delays and changes.. “Apex was wonderful to work with from estimate through design to completion. Our project was remodeling a small guest bathroom (7'8" x 7'3") in a 110 year old house. We wanted a bath with modern amenities but in a style that was period-appropriate to our home. We replaced the shower/tub combo with a walk-in shower. The project was completed as scheduled and within budget. Workers showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Everyone was friendly, respectful, responsive, and professional. We felt they really listened and understood our vision for the project. Many thanks to the Apex crew, especially JB, Matt, Tony, and Steve.”

“Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Carter Custom Construction and will use them again in a heartbeat for another project.”

“When I had first seen their price compared to other bids I had received. I was a little skeptical. I was told that if I had any questions I could reach out and a week later I called to make sure that everything was going to work. I called at 9 o’clock at night, and they still answer the phone and answered all of my questions I had and I felt comfortable moving forward. it seemed like an average bathroom remodel but I received so much more and I am ever grateful that I gave this company a chance. I would recommend them to everyone and I have. I know that many of my family members have also done work with this company. You should feel safe knowing you’re getting an incredible install at honestly the best price.”

“Robbie, Adam and there entire crew were great to work with. We had a large project at hand and they completed on time even with my many changes along the way. I love my new kitchen, bathroom and main floor laundry room so much I hired them back to do my master bathroom! And my sister has since hired the crew to open up her kitchen and put new hardwood floors through out her house. Great company that you can trust. ~Angela and Andrew”
