“We are so excited to be working with Mountain Modern Construction and Design! What a great combination of beautiful interior design along with amazing craftmanship and efficiency. Typically, you just get one or the other or none. It is so hard to find a reliable contractor, and someone that listens to what you actually want. Rand and Elle are excellent communicators and are so talented in their craft! MMCD is such a unique company, bringing all the years of experience in both design and construction to the Prescott area, in one company. It is awesome to not have to hire 5 different professionals to do what Rand and Elle can do. We know that our home (our finished remodel project) would not be nearly as awesome had we not consulted with Mountain Modern Construction and Design!”

“I researched this pending project for over 6 months, getting bids and ideas for this project. I contacted over 10 companies for bids, which was an experience in itself!!! When 2-A-T Construction came out they listened to what I wanted, gave me suggestions that made sense and quote was in ballpark. I can't say enough on how contractor stayed "on-top" of project from beginning to end. Cindy was very professional and shared her knowledge of "details" that gave me an opportunity to customize my project wishes, staying within my projected budget. All workers were professional, answered my curious questions and even took some pictures of the deck top with my cell phone so I could see the work done on top. I am "extremely" pleased with the outcome and LOVE utilizing my new Deck Cover year round in this lovely Arizona climate to entertain family and friends. I totally recommend 2-A-T Construction, Cindy Spahr to anyone who wants someone reliable, reasonable and professional. Now I can now say I have my own "General Contractor" for jobs in the future. P.S. All my neighbors love my new Deck Cover on this Santa Fe Style home and it's definitely added great value to my home and the area.”

“Initially, Tom came recommended to us from our architect to build a new garage and studio, and to remodel our vacation cabin into a larger, updated, full-time residence. He did excellent quality work and actually finished the projects under budget. Since those original projects in the late 1990's, Tom has built additional structures for us, including a stand alone workshop with stone exterior. He does high-quality work and has always been available for followup, if needed.”

“Triple E has completed two very extensive projects for me. The first, in 2013, was the replacement of every window and several doors in my residence. I selected Pella Windows as my dad was in construction and always told me, "Pella is the best you can get." From the moment I met with Jeff Edwards and Jeff Ross about the job the professionalism was apparent and I was immediately at ease. The project became somewhat involved as my home was constructed in the late 1970s and there were some areas that required extra attention and even a 'rebuild' of the frame work around the window openings. The crew working for Triple E (Dave and others) pursued excellence in all installations. There were a few times they ended up removing the window or door that they were installing because it just didn't seem to fit quite right. They were meticulous in all their work. I took, quite literally, hundreds of photos as the job progressed and selected a few for this review. I hope they came through and show the exceptional quality of work provided by Triple E. Triple E has done additional work for me, constructing a 50' X 25' new garage in 2016/2017. I know that if I have work to be done in the future, I'll be calling Triple E.”

“I hired this company to do two remodels for our home - both our bathroom and living room. The master bath was completely updated and in the living room, an old faux stone fireplace was removed, repositioned and replaced with a kiva style fireplace with a concrete mantle and bench. All of the subcontractors were of high quality and they worked closely with us throughout the project. We are scheduled to have more work done in January!”
