    “Ed Jackson provided us with a very detailed and realistic estimate of the job and had thought of several things that needed to be addressed that other contractors did not mention. Through out the job, he was constantly on top of things and when ever there was an unforeseen problem, he did an excellent job of explaining our options. The main way he keep the project moving was with a checklist he provided us with what we needed to choose and by when so time wasn't wasted waiting for materials to be delivered. If I ever do a major house remodel again, this is the company that I will choose.”

    “Terry Elston is a very talented and creative homebuilder. We were quite impressed with his work in other homes that we saw during our decision-making process. His preferred style matched our vision for our home. In the final analysis, however, what drove our selection of Terry is his character and integrity. We (he) built our home while we were living in a distant city so trust was a huge factor in making this a successful project. We depended on Terry for many decisions and choices and were never disappointed. As with any home, there have been the inevitable minor problems and Terry has followed though with solutions. We could not ask for any more than that. I would use Terry Elston's team again were I to build another home in this area.”

    “We had severe water damage to our master bedroom/bathroom, hallway and 1/2 bath. Clay and his team wasted no time getting everything ripped out, dried up and ultimately remodeled! We now want to upgrade our entire home to match! I very highly recommend DCF based on their experience, knowledge, sincerity and quality of work performed and the price. We will be using them all future projects!”

    “Jon Worley, owner of Affordable Construction Services, completed our major remodel. There is no category for remodeling contractors and just because I clicked on the Painter category doesn't mean he's only qualified to paint (he's excellent at that). He is also qualified in framing and trim carpentry, installing exterior siding (we used Hardie cement siding), doors, kitchens, flooring, drywall, and more. He also works with other professionals in order to complete clients projects. Jon and his people are professional and strive to understand clients' goals for their projects and find solutions for sometimes challenging projects.”

    “Our house was built with the owner of Creed Contracting LLC working as our contractor. Justin Penn helped our dream home become a reality. He was very informative on the process of things and he didn't mind the millions of questions/calls/texts that came from us along during the build. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field, and if he doesn't know much on a subject, he will do the research to make sure what you're needing/asking about is the right thing for you and your home. I can not recommend him enough. Very professional and you don't feel like just some customer. Should we ever have need for an add on or renovation, we wouldn't hesitate to give him a call!”

    “We have hired Steve Simon Construction, Inc for 2 major remodeling projects. They are professional in their approach, they are knowledgeable and experienced in the building business. Their craftsman are the best in the business. Brad was our project manager on both projects. He was responsive to all of our questions and requests and a joy to work with. Steve and Clay were also apart of our projects and we always felt like we had the whole team working together for us. Both of our finished projects were of the highest quality and completed in a timely fashion. I would hire Steve Simon Construction, Inc. again for a remodel project or new construction. They are the best!”
