“We called around and got several estimates as this was our first time ever having a remodel done. We probably asked more questions than most people but Ryan was super helpful and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable. We were sold with Earthwood's history and previous work! We had them come in and redo our kitchen and I couldn't be any happier with the work they did. From start to finish they went the extra mile and made sure that we knew what was going on at every step of the way. “When we decided to finish our basement in our new home, my wife and I really did not know where to turn to find a reputable contractor. We searched on line and started to call several contractors to get estimates for our project. While going through several different companies, we discussed what our vision was as well as our budgetary constraints. It was very disappointing as to the caliber and cost of the several different responses we received. All of the bids that we received back did not fit within what our needs were and were well over our budget. We then found Bryan with Mission Basement Company through a personal referral. What a blessing it was to cross paths with Bryan and his company! We met with Bryan to discuss our needs and budget. He was very receptive to what we were looking for and our time constraints. Bryan and his contractors not only met met our expectations, he exceeded them ten fold. He was very responsive, willing to make changes to our project mid-stream and offered exceptional guidance, customizations and recommendations in making our basement finish a wonderful experience. “I contacted Victor after another company didn't do what they were supposed to do with building a hand rail for my front porch. Victor immediately was able to come to my house to see what was needed to be done, and within a couple of days, his welder came over and started designing a rail for me. It was a small job, but a VERY BIG deal to me. My wife and I are totally in love with our new hand rail. It goes perfectly with our house and compliments it. We wanted something that was very simple that would blend in with our home and he absolutely nailed it. I don't think I've ever seen a hand rail that's this strong and sturdy before ever, and can easily be used to get up my stairs for anyone that's 3-4 times my body weight due to how structurally sound it's been put into my concrete. Victor is such an amazing gentleman to work with. He's extremely responsive and constantly follows up with everything that's going on. I truly lucked out and was blessed to have gotten in contact with Victor and Arise Constructions. Highly recommend his professional services!!”

“Josh jumped in to rescue me from a nightmare whole-house remodel for an investment property. After months of contractor battles, broken promises, delayed timelines, poor work quality, and permit and inspection issues, Josh jumped in and saved the day. He was immediately on the phone with the city inspectors until he could get answers and scheduled his sub contractors who came out immediately (often same day). They got the work done as promised, the first time, on time, and were fairly priced. Josh got the permits pulled, met the inspectors on site, and worked with them to come up with a plan to fix this disaster of a project. Honestly without his level head and expertise I would have lost my mind. And now the project is valued significantly higher than it would have to begin with because of the fixes he put into place. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough. If you’re sick of dealing with dishonest, flaky contractors who do poor work, just save yourself and call Truth!”

“Craig is a custom builder with a creative, problem solving mindset. I met Craig after I had purchased one of his homes in Castle Pines Village from its original owner. There were many homes available to choose from at the time, but this home stood out clearly above the rest because of it’s quality and craftsmanship throughout the unique custom design. Craig was able to create an enclave complete with wet bar, full bathroom, a conference room and office area with two private decks and a garage for my bikes. He was able to surgically remove the roof above the existing 4-car garage and build the new addition into the home so that after completion it looked like it was always part of the original house. It was very important for me to work with the builder who created the extraordinary home I chose, but I was even more impressed when I had the opportunity to work with Craig on my addition. He has an excellent reputation among his homeowners and it was easy to understand why. He was highly recommended to me from one of my fellow executives with Harley who also bought one of Craig’s custom homes in the Village. Craig embodies honesty, quality, creativity and value engineering in a personal builder-client relationship that makes building your custom home an enjoyable journey.”

“We began a business relationship with Western Building Corp in 2007 when we contracted with them to remodel a bathroom an facilitate a minor expansion of one room. The work they performed was excellent, on time and fairly priced. We later needed additional repairs and modifications to our then 75 year old home, and they always delivered on time and within budget. Our confidence and commitment to Western was reinforced when our son was searching for a company to build a new structure on an existing residential foundation. Here again Western delivered on time, on budget. Our daughter bought home in Parker, CO and needed the basement to be built out and have several rooms added. once again, on time, on budget. In 2014 we sold our big house and downsized to a small 80 year old bungalow that needed extensive expansion, and upgrading. We contracted with Western to do all the work and we have comfortably lived in our new/old house since that time. We have called Western whenever a problem arose and they have either promptly solved our issue, or recommended others to do specific work. We are totally pleased with the Western, and more so with the talented people who have worked on our projects. We have gotten to know many of their staff and would strongly endorse the company and the people. We have recommended Western to friends who have contracted with them on a variety of projects.”
