They made sure everything was finished to the very highest standard, coming up with clever design ideas that helped us get the most out of the space and helping us source every last thing to get it looking how we wanted. “We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. “Fineva Construction came as a personal recommendation, and they did not disappoint. They built a kitchen extension and side return on our Victorian home in Beckenham. At the outset, they helped make all those tricky decisions I had no experience of, and looking back, we made all the right choices. All work was carried out within the 12 week schedule that was initially agreed and to the highest standards. As with any building work, there were small unforeseen issues that arose. But Pete Cook and his guys always had a solution ready and never tried to increase the cost because of them. The plans we had were always flexible, meaning that when our ideas evolved, they were always happy to incorporate them. They made useful suggestions on how to make improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of, such as adding soundproofing between the floors when the opportunity arose. The guys on site were all a pleasure to have around; courteous, polite and hard-working. As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed at every aspect of their work, and they are the top recommendation I have in my book of contacts!”

“I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”
