“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . “Naz and the entire team at Public Plumbing did an exceptional job with our small bathroom renovation. From the beginning Naz was an excellent communicator (one of the reasons we chose them ). The project was completed on time and on budget. We were highly appreciative that Naz never tried to "up sell" us and in fact talked us out of some ideas that would have put us over budget and been of little value in the long run. We are so pleased with the final result and will not hesitate to refer our friends and family . We are highly impressed with the tidy work site they left everyday; very professional. “We engaged Battiston Construction to extensively renovate our entire 2000 square foot condo and are very pleased with the result. Where changes had to be made along the way, the rationale was explained to us. And when we wanted to make changes, these were accommodated when possible. Most of the workers were professional and kept things relatively tidy as they worked (we were not living in the condo except toward the end of the renovation). Luciano Battiston is very knowledgable and made helpful suggestions and creatively solved problems as they arose. His standards are high and he wants the result to be first rate, which it is. In addition, the job was completed as per the quote. However, the timeline ran a bit longer than expected and by the time the finishing touches were required his crew had moved on to another job and it became frustrating getting the final things completed. That said, as minor things have arisen since completion of the job, Luciano has been quick to come by or to send one of his crew to address them and we have very much appreciated the continuing attention he has given us. Renovations are often stressful and full of frustrations (and we had our share), but our experience with Battiston was mostly very positive. We would certainly use Battiston again and highly recommend this company.”

“2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”
