The preparation by Earl Weaver with the removal of lath and plaster, doors, moldings, wood floors, was done with care. Every day the house was left clean, and all debris removed. Upon the installation of the kitchen each step was done with the highest quality, in the workmanship, and materials. Each Earl Weaver employee was a master craftsman, and the prep work, and the final result showed the quality of each employee at Earl Weaver. The new kitchen was beyond beautiful, and functional. “We are writing to wholeheartedly recommend Timothy (Tim) Strosser of Studio 810 Design as a designer and general contractor for home improvement. In 2012, we met Tim at the Philadelphia Home Show, and were impressed by Tim’s portfolio of previous designs and building projects. On his first visit to our home in the Philadelphia suburbs Tim impressed us again with his instant understanding of our home improvement needs. We wanted to build a new bathroom in a little-used space that was attached to our master bedroom, but Tim suggested a much better solution; building an addition to the house’s second floor, and placing the bathroom in it. This way we got a fabulously looking new master bathroom that is an envy of our friends and neighbors, and avoided a mistake of building a bathroom that would be to small and not convenient. Timothy also designed and built for us a mudroom in front of our house, completely redesigned and rebuilt our patio, and changed the siding all around the house. We are very satisfied with the quality of his design and workmanship of his crew. Tim is a very experienced project manager, and he worked hard to accommodate our specific requirements during the project and to adjust all the logistics accordingly. He was able to keep the project deadlines despite very unfavorable weather conditions, the climax of which was Hurricane Sandy. During the project we occasionally changed our mind regarding some details (e.g., selection of tiles), and Tim was always ready to either accept our new ideas or, when they were not practical, offer very good alternatives. During the project we developed a trusting, friendly relationship with Timothy and many of his crew members. We were so satisfied with our collaboration with Tim that, after the first big project was completed, we tasked him with a couple of smaller projects in our house (e.g., staircase renovation), and outside (landscaping). We are sure that, with his great artistic taste, his extensive technical experience, and his understanding of individual clients’ characters and preferences, Timothy can exceed expectations of the most demanding clients. “Perron Construction built a large addition to our home in 2011-2012. It included a kitchen, office, pantry , upstairs bedroom and bath as well as basement and exterior front facade facelift.. Their estimate/bid was comparable to others we obtained. We had a foreman, Gary, assigned to us for the entire project and he oversaw the project with remarkable attention to detail and focus. He was onsite nearly everyday of 9 months and available after hours by phone or email. He was patient, good natured and a talented craftsmen, as well as an extraordinary resource during the process. He never appeared flustered or angry no matter what had transpired that day . He managed so much under the radar, that we were never aware of any problems in the day to day workings of the project. He took pride in his workmanship and we have no concerns that shortcuts were taken. We had weekly status meetings where formal communication and documentation took place, and it was apparent that he communicated regularly with JP Perron. The subcontracters were all respectful, neat clean and well groomed, which in itself is remarkable. We were never left with a lull in the project and were kept abreast of the schedule. I note that our family's privacy was always respected and he was always considerate of our comfort, making many makeshift living spaces along the way. I never felt rushed to make a decision and am impressed how many times he made a mock-up so that we could have a visual of an upcoming decision. Our dog misses him now that the project is done. So do we ! I can, with any hesitation whatsoever, highly recommend this contractor.”

“Gutted the kitchen and did a complete remodel. Original kitchen was u-shape with an island squaring it off. Issues: The oven was next to refrigerator; pipes of the sink located on outside wall kept freezing in extreme weather; cooktop on island made cooking difficult, could barely boil water; limited counter space; dated white cabinets; and built in desk that was no longer useful. The design called for moving double oven to opposite wall of kitchen, relocated pipes from outside wall by bringing them up from floor, moved cooktop off island to against side wall, pushed island back to create more floor space, custom cabinets with granite countertops, and a beverage bar with sink. The existing ceramic tile is in good shape and we wanted to keep it. It turns out that keeping the flooring was almost a deal breaker. We began making selections... custom design natural stained maple cabinets in transitional style; stainless steel appliances, granite. When we went for flooring, we were told that the existing tile was too old to withstand the cuts necessary to add decorative touches which would cover holes/ broken tiles when building the new island. Between Jeff & sub contractor, a compatible tile was used to look like a rug and the island was placed on it. It turned out to be one of my favorite things. Jeff Musser, owner, provided a great design that satisfied work flow and efficiency/space issues. He surrounds his business with quality sub contractors. He works within budget and time restraints. And, finally, he makes customers aware of the process and sets a schedule so expectations are realistic. No disappointments here. Musser Builders are the best!”
