“Definitely would recommend this company. Have worked with a variety of contractors and you really never know what your going to get as far as reliability, price, timing, etc. Marsel and his team got the job done on a completely reasonable timeline and the price I was quoted at the beginning is exactly what I ended up paying. Will definitely use them again in the future.”

“RHC pretty much remodeled my whole house over 12 weeks. I had received several bids both higher some much higher and some lower. I felt the lower bids where not listening and under estimating the work involved and I would be in trouble as we went along. RHC listened, was thorough and also expressed a number of good ideas. The team was on time, worked hard, kept everything as clean as possible. Ricky checked in daily and made sure everything stayed on track. With most major projects their was some scope creep due to my wife and I coming up with new ideas, RHC listened gave us the cost of anything additional and were more than fair. There were a couple issues along the way, but Ricky stepped in and made sure everything was done right. In the end they did a fantastic job and I will use them again. The house came out better than when it was new construction. In 30 years in Houston this is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I like working with people who are friendly, fair, listen and communicate. RHC is the only team I will hire in the future. I paid them and I still feel like they did me a favor, I cannot thank them enough.”

“Isaac and his team did an excellent job on my bathroom considering it was a 1950s style with a lot of concrete. I cannot believe my eyes when I look at my new bathroom...it has been updated and the tile work was spectacular. I sought 3 quotes for the project and 3D design offered the best option. Their price quote was very reasonable considering the level of the upgrades. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. We love that the home is energy efficient and overall we had a great experience with Sonderfan. The project stayed on track despite difficulty arising from our bank not funding draws on time and Hurricane Harvey, Jeff didn't miss a beat. The craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. We made several changes along the way and Jeff catered to our needs without breaking the bank. We would use Sonderfan again.”

“Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.”

After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. They made every effort to discover our personalities and introduce them into all aspects of the remodel, making it uniquely ours. His team demonstrated meticulous craftsmanship and provided exceptional customer service. The kitchen and cabinet designers worked hand in hand with me to make sure that my kitchen utilized my space in the best possible way. During the renovation, the Superintendant was always responsive to any questions and concerns and any issues were immediately addressed. We have shared our experience with family and friends, and for those who have seen the transformation, they are all amazed at the attention to detail and quality that is seen throughout. What really sets Unique Builders apart from others is that you never feel like you are just another client…the team makes you feel like your project is the most important thing they are working on, and the results show.
