The crew showed up on time and worked overtime (at night) to complete the roofing project when rain was forecasted. Anthony is onsite at the start, and also reviews the work to ensure it is done to his standards and that the work site is cleaned up. I can't say enough about Anthony and his work, and I've referred him to several friends who have also hired him. He's my "go to" contractor for all my home needs. “Ilya Remolding sent three workmen to convert our screen- in porch to a sunroom and spent about a week and half putting together Sheetrock, drywall and new window installation, hard wood flooring and getting inspection and approval from local county. They even secured the base of the sunroom by putting additional support. The guys weee punctual as we were told- same at 8 every day. Our sunroom came out bright and beautiful.The manager was very communicative and even bought materials for us. I thought they were more professional than other contractors. We will use them for other projects in the summer.”

“We used Synergy Home Improvements for our Kitchen Remodel project and are highly satisfied with all work performed. They did the demo, installed all new drywall (walls & ceiling), complete floor removal of old tile & sub floor, and then installed new porcelain 12x24 tile throughout: entrance way, main hall, entire kitchen, and bathroom/powder room. They also did a fantastic job with the backsplash which had a lot of small pieces. They were very particular to ensure everything was plumb and level. Finally, they completed the job with painting, full replacement of all new casing/baseboards/trim work and thresholds (with staining) throughout the lower floor. Mark and crew were exceptionally professional, patient, polite, made recommendations, and ensured all work areas were clean and safe throughout their time in our home. “We hired this company to renovate our living room. They removed old popcorn ceilings and repaired the walls before repainting. They also removed old, glued down carpet and laid new wood floors. They were efficient and on time every day and always approached us with professionalism. I was particularly happy with the way that they took the time to make sure we understood what was happening at each stage of the process and if changes were needed these were fully explained before we needed to give our approval. They provided great attention to detail to ensure that the finished work was perfectly as we had requested. As we have an odd shaped room with no right angles I was very appreciative of the work they did to ensure that the wood floor looked seamless. Upon finishing the work they cleaned up very nicely (no mess anywhere) and the owner came to check we were happy with the work before we made the final payment. I would recommend them to others and in fact are planning to have them do our kitchen and bathroom remodel in the future.”
