He visited us on several occasions and helped us to see the potential in our property exploring all the options available. Together we talked through how we want to use the house and we have used every pocket of space to reach that potential. Simon has been friendly and accommodating throughout and he has kept in touch regularly. He talked us through the planning process and kept us updated whilst successfully securing planning permission. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon, he is a highly skilled architect and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Many thanks Simon!”

“Anne Gleed Interiors oversaw the design and installation of our living room last summer. We had already used her to oversee our downstairs extension interior in 2015 - which included a new kitchen, hallway, dinning area and downstairs shower room. The whole living room was redone, new carpet, new wall mounted TV, new fireplace (we took out the 1950's fireplace and replaced it with an original 1930's one in line with our house it looks like it has always been there, exactly what we wanted), new custom made bookcase, new sofa, new custom made curtains. We relied on Anne's knowledge throughout. The budget was £8000 and this was met - work was finished on time. We are thrilled with the results, we don't think we would have got this standard of finish on our own.”

“From start to finish, a great experience. Gavin and Geoff are friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. The initial plan was adapted and changed a few times before we agreed upon a design. We now have a beautifully extended kitchen, with a glass pitched roof and a large picture window overlooking our back garden, which is a wonderfully light space. Zeal also incorporated a downstairs shower room with a feature fireplace (from our old dining area) and a laundry room. The whole Zeal team are a cheery and hardworking bunch. We would not hesitate in recommending Zeal to others.”

“John Tolly undertook a complete renovation of our 1980's bungalow: managing all other trades. The incremental (staged) payments as work progressed was very reassuring as it made us confident the trades would return and complete the job, it also keeps the funds in our account longer!. John started the project in Feb 2014 and completed in early May. All of his chosen sub-contractors were well known to him and that installed further confidence in us. He did everything and more, very reliable and competent builder who also has the ability to manage a complete project. The whole image of the company is credible, vehicles are smart etc. Would absolutely recommend this company for projects large or small with no hesitation.”

Both times I have had the impression that he approaches a project with the same thought and care throughout that he would doing it for himself.
