“Austin was absolutely amazing to work with! We had an issue with our water pressure reducing valve that caused all our pipes to hum along with a leaky shower head faucet. He got us in the schedule quickly and finished all the work within a day! No more humming walls and leaky shower- woohoo! He’s extremely detailed in his work and very professional. “Best construction project we have ever been involved in, and there have been many. We replaced the floors through out the house (wood) , complete kitchen remodel, paint, replaced toilets, etc. Most of the project was conducted while we were in Maine, home in Arizona. Astrid and Janet were involved in the design and communication/coordination throughout the project. They were great. Project came in on budget, on time and quality was fabulous. Subcontractors were of the highest quality, easy to work with, treated our house like it was their own. Joe was involved and always available if needed. Maybe 5 items on the final punch list.”

“I was contacted by Jon Clark @ Maple Avenue Construction to bid on our kitchen cabinet remodel. We were working under a very tight budget and a very tight timeline as our old home was already sold and we needed to be out of the old home by close of escrow. The remodel was at demo stage when Jon and I first discussed my needs so a lot needed to happen very quickly. Jon and I worked together on the layout and design I desired and through collaboration and recommendations achieved the kitchen of my dreams. When it was time to install our kitchen, Jon made sure the cabinets were on time and perfectly installed. All of the design ideas, sizes and styles were correct and fit just as planned. Once the cabinets were in Jon worked with me to make sure the countertops to be decided set off the kitchen beautifully. I was not crazy about driving from the west side of town to Tempe; however, Jon assured me I would be happier if I made the drive to select my own countertop and slabs. He was absolutely correct! It was eye-opening when I realized the number of options available. Jon was patient and available to answer any questions I had regarding the cabinets and countertops, process for each and any monetary questions. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Maple Avenue Construction if you are seeking a partner for your remodel.”
