“I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Teknik construction. This is the 4th or 5th project they have completed for me over the past 4-5 years. They have done interior and exterior work for me. They finished AHEAD of schedule, the workmanship is amazing, on budget - discussing any up charges ahead of time allowing me to make a decision, helped me with color, decorating, and material choices, kept me from making stupid choices, cleaned up every day, I could go on and on. Over the 4 years, I've seen the same guys on the job. They are always respectful of me, my home, my family and my pets! I cannot say enough about Kevin and his team @ Teknik construction.”

“Poseidon Remodeling updated 2 bathrooms in our house including the master. We got bids from 3 different places and not only was Poseidon's bid very competitive but Zoran, the owner, just seemed like the right guy for the job. He walked us through every step of the project and while construction can be stressful at times, he was very responsive whenever we had questions before and during the remodel. His crew showed up on time every day and Nick, who did most of the work on our project, did an amazing job. The work was completed on schedule and budget. There was an issue at first with the drainage in the shower but they were very professional and resolved it quickly. Both bathrooms look beautiful and are everything we hoped they would be. We would recommend Poseidon for any home improvement project and look forward to working with them in the future.”

On many occasions I've had the pleasure of spending time photographing projects built by SoCal Contractor. From a $14,000,000 in the Hollywood Hills home to many A-list celebrities, to a 3 acre Spanish Revival estate on world famous Laurel Canyon, to more modest loft style homes, to desert retreats, to beach front residences, SoCal Contractor nails it every time. The work is varied and unique, with attention to the smallest detail making the projects stand out among other high end spaces. Two of the projects I shot for SoCal Contractor made it to the covers of national magazines. I've also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the homes and they have only wonderful things to say about the SoCal team and you can clearly see they are beaming with pride over their enviable homes.
