He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“We hired MTC Contracting to redo our master bedroom bathroom. We took it right down to the studs and started over. The reconstruction was done in a very professional manner. All the people involved in this project were very polite, even as we made changes on the go, and worked with us suggesting changes we could make to enhance the final product. We were not in a real rush to get the bathroom done so they could schedule us around other projects they were working on at the same time. We had previously purchased a the vanity we wanted so once most of the work was completed and it came time to install the vanity everything fit perfectly in place. Some modifications had to be made when installing the shower as we had a custom bench installed and with the shower head we had purchased it had to be anchored to the ceiling, but this proved not to be a problem as adjustments were made on the fly to get everything anchored and working properly. We also had some special shower wall tiles they integrated into the normal shower wall tiles. All in all we are very satisfied with the end product and the professional manner in which all the work was done, right down to the painting.”
