Our project was finalized and started within a short window, and while we ran a little longer than originally expected, some of the delay was due to decision-making or having materials available. The work crew was great, always on time, and nothing was ever a problem to ask; they were a pleasure to have work on our home. “We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Gianluca is more than a contractor and it shows. He is very good at what he does. He has fostered exceptional relationships with top-notch trades. He listens and is very responsive. His standards are exceptionally high. He is proactive, and he understands how best to work with clients and guide them through the renovation process. This was our first renovation experience. We changed the flow of the main floor, gutted and expanded the kitchen, moved a wall, windows and a fireplace, and gutted the bathroom and main bedroom closet. Carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were required. We interviewed several contractors, checked references and hired the contractor we thought could do the job. As the project progressed, we realized it was not working out. Mid-job the mistakes and delays became apparent and after much frustration we had to part ways. The project was a mess. One of our suppliers suggested Gianluca. What a relief – the difference was night and day. He quickly and thoughtfully assessed the situation and uncovered problems we did not know we had. We looked forwarded to working with Gianluca and his team each day they arrived on site. Gianluca provided accurate assessments of the work required and completed the work on time and on budget. The results were what we had hoped for, and in some areas better than we expected. Gianluca, all we can say is thanks.”

She completed a total gut of my 1250 square foot condo and a complete gut of a 2400 square foot house and they turned out spectacular.”

I have recently moved into a builder home and wanted to redo the kitchen, I took my time researching and a name that kept coming up with a few friends of my was Toronto Custom Concepts. The first class customer service and quality is what set the TCC team apart. While their price came in a little higher the some of our other quotes, it was an easy decision to make for my wife and myself. Our kitchen looks great and working with the team at TCC was one of the best experiences I have had when doing renovations. “2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”

“POSCHE. Design & Build did a great job remodelling my kitchen. They were able to work well with the constraints of my space. They brought some great-looking samples for me to choose from and made excellent choices on elements that I deferred to their designer at One X One Designer, Hilda Mohseni. They showed dedication to delivering a quality-looking kitchen, redoing the cabinet rope lighting on their own accord when they thought they could do better. The POSCHE. team showed tremendous pride in their work, and superb skills in levelling out a bowed floor to even all the lower cabinets. Just a phenomenal team to work with. Highly recommend POSCHE. Design & Build.”
