“We moved to Rochester from Iowa in 2013 and purchased our home from Hammer Homes after looking at a lot of options. I can tell you as compared to two other homes we had built in the past 10 years (as we have moved around the country with our careers) we have very pleased with Linda and HH. Both with their service and quality work. Throughout our building process Linda was very responsive and flexible. She has a very keen eye for detail and quality. We have been in our house for just over 2 years and although we haven't had any real issues she is very responsive to questions and happy to take a look at anything when asked. I would recommend Linda and HH to my friends and family without hesitation. “They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“A new bathroom was constructed in the basement of our house. We bid the job out and Elias Construction was chosen. The main reason was he actually listened to what both I and my wife wanted. The estimate process was very detailed along with the timeline of the work. If there were any questions or requests he was easily reached and it was discussed in a timely manner. The construction was actually finished a few days early which gave us the opportunity to insure everything was done to our satisfaction. He not only met but exceeded our expectations and was able to construct the area as we pictured it and even left us more free space than we expected. Based on the work he had done for us I would recommend Elias Construction, LLC.”
