“I have a condominium in Downtown Chattanooga on the river. It is on the 5th floor and has one elevator through which all subcontractors and suppliers must travel to do the construction. This single access presented many challenges for the contractor. People in my building commented on the professionalism of Tristar during this process and how clean everything was kept. “We've done 2 remodels with McCoy Homes. Extremely pleased with quality and professionalism. They were easy to work with from start to finish and had great ideas for our projects. We remodeled a 1960's rancher to give it an updated look and better functionality. Our first remodel was to add a master bedroom and bath along with updating the front exterior of the home. The second was to completely gut the living, dining and kitchen to go for an open concept. We took out walls and vaulted the ceiling along with completely changing the layout . People are amazed at the transformation both inside and out of our home. Highly recommend McCoy Homes.”

“Eric has done several large projects at my home. He renovated with an additional add on at one property. He was able to work with extremely high quality as well as managing and maintaining a tight schedule and budget. I honestly can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge as well as skill in the area of building/remodeling and renovation. He is well connected with various contractor base to take on special projects. Eric is personally extremely skilled to organize and manage the work but to also execute it. In addition to this renovation and addition, Eric did a 2nd job for me as well that required a renovation of an existing structure remodeling half of the house turning 2 bedroom/1 bath into 3 bed/2 bath. He executes well and manages the projects tightly. Did a wonderful job even with challenges on this particular renovation. Eric can handle complex to simple projects and many different efforts at one time. He has a can do attitude and is always trying to find the best path forward to make things work. I completely trust him and would hire him again and again. I got really lucky to find him for these jobs and have nothing but positive comments about all areas of his work as well as work ethic.”
