“Anne Gleed Interiors oversaw the design and installation of our living room last summer. We had already used her to oversee our downstairs extension interior in 2015 - which included a new kitchen, hallway, dinning area and downstairs shower room. The whole living room was redone, new carpet, new wall mounted TV, new fireplace (we took out the 1950's fireplace and replaced it with an original 1930's one in line with our house it looks like it has always been there, exactly what we wanted), new custom made bookcase, new sofa, new custom made curtains. We relied on Anne's knowledge throughout. The budget was £8000 and this was met - work was finished on time. We are thrilled with the results, we don't think we would have got this standard of finish on our own.”

He visited us on several occasions and helped us to see the potential in our property exploring all the options available. Together we talked through how we want to use the house and we have used every pocket of space to reach that potential. Simon has been friendly and accommodating throughout and he has kept in touch regularly. He talked us through the planning process and kept us updated whilst successfully securing planning permission. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon, he is a highly skilled architect and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Many thanks Simon!”

“I hired Lucas and his team to renovate our two bedroom flat. What can I say - the most reliable, trustworthy team you could meet. It gets better .... workmanship to fitting a kitchen, fixing a complete new floor, tiling, plumbing, painting and more. Very good on keeping in touch, updating with receipts, ideas and problems if they arise. He even went back to the flat when not working and received a parcel that arrived for me (as not living there at the time) and put it in the kitchen for me to collect later. Would highly recommend.”

“I am working with Honka on a chalet project in Cornwall and they have been extremely professional throughout the process. 3D visuals and 2D drawings have been produced at all stages and for all changes made so that we have been able to ensure that the building will meet our requirements. Choice of fixtures, fittings and finishes has been made clear and samples have been produced on request. The delivery and building program are on time and, as the cost is fixed, on budget. Excellent!”

“We first used GH Walters & Son in 2012 when they took on a major project at our home for Disabled Facilities. The work that initially was deemed to be a 6-8 week job turned into 6 months, due to many unforeseen issues with the project, not with the Builder, not helped by me adding various extra jobs along the way, which Mr Walters was very patient about and accommodated me with whatever ideas I had. I am not an easy client to work for, I insist on high standards and do not tolerate poor workmanship. When this first contract came to an end I could not have been more pleased and I knew I would be calling upon this firm for future projects. Since then we have employed GH Walters & Son to do a number of jobs for us, including a new 2nd Bathroom, redecorating our main lounge, dealing with two external gable walls, cladding both, redecorating the whole of our large Bungalow externally, rendering walls, new flashing and tiles on our roof, the list is a long one and even in the case of emergencies they are with us as quickly as they can be sorting any and all issues out. In fact since 2012 there has only been one year when they have not come and done some form of work or another for us, no job is too small, no task too much, in fact they are almost like family now and we would not think about employing anyone else to do work for us. In 2021/22 we are hoping to be able to sign them up to fit a new Kitchen for us and I have no doubt that there will be some other jobs, between now and then, that will need their attention too! I do not hesitate in recommending this Builder he is honest, reliable, fair, patient and professional, traits which these days are hard to find.”

“The project was to convert an old Sunday School; which had not been used in decades, into a three bedroom family home. The structure was derelict and basically a main hall. We employed Pendragon Builders because the portfolio of previous work was exceptional, their skill set was perfectly aligned to our needs and the staff were highly skilled and fully committed to the project. Kevin was an amazing link pin in realising our aspiration and managing the project. The estimate was incredibly detailed and left no doubt that every part of the build would be completed without hidden costs or needless waste. The end product is flawless, we could not be happier. One of the most impressive aspect of Pendragon Builders; apart from the high quality of workmanship, was the constant contact and progress reports which ensured we were fully involved from the outset.
