“Northalnd Design and Build made our home remodel a great experience. Gina, the designer, quickly grasped our vision and directed our search, making it fun and productive. She showed excellent ability to take our vision and turn it into something even better. She was very receptive to our ideas and "monkey wrenches." We had just the right amount of control over decisions to not be overwhelmed and to have an end result that was truly ours. Rod, the contractor, took everything we threw at him and made it work. They finished on time, to the day. There were no surprises along the way. Any issues that we identified were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The workmanship is top notch. The subs were professional and did an excellent quality of work. Our herringbone back splash is the "star" that everyone compliments. The whole team at Northland Design and Build is fantastic and we could not have asked for a better, more trustworthy group to remodel our home.”

“Jeff Bergby is building our new home. It is a 2,000+ sq. ft. one story home. It will be complete in Jan. 2013. Jeff is very experienced and builds quality homes. He has a consistently positive, up-beat attitude on and off the job site. He has had several homes win in "tour of homes" in our area. Jeff has been very easy to work with, making suggestions but always letting us make the final decision. Jeff works hard to stay in budget and meet deadlines to the best of his ability. He's never pushy nor has a know-it-all attitude. The sub-contractors are very professional, also, and have done excellent work. I would highly recommend Jeff Bergby for constructing a new or remodeling an existing home.”

“Revive Remodeling did an outstanding job on remodeling our master bath. From the initial contact when Don came to our house to understand what we wanted in a bath remodel, they took our ideas and design concepts and made them a reality. Laurie kept us appraised of when a specific contract was coming so we always knew what to expect. I highly recommend them for any remodeling job. I've seen their work on other projects and the work quality is consistent, no matter the type of remodel. Total costs were in line with what we expected as well. “Master Bathroom Remodel - Replacement of shower with plumbing fixtures, wall finishes and flooring. Premier Remodeling took charge of the project and coordinated 7 different trades with virtually no disruption to the household. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The original estimate was a budget for the project - the final billing provided a list of the billings from each trades, supply purchases from each vendor as well as Premier's time and mark up. The process was seamless and easy to understand. Changes made during construction turned into simple decisions in large part due to Premier Remodeling & Design's experience and knowledge. I would recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel and I plan on using them for future remodels.”

“I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations. “Schweitzer Design & Build (SDB) provided design and construction services for the complete renovation of our 1960's ranch style house and the 700 sq. ft. addition of a master suite, laundry and office area. The renovation included exterior changes to the house siding, carport, patio, and driveway areas. Also the septic system was moved and anew drain system was put in and a French drain system was added. The interior changes included all new woodwork, doors, upgrade of the electric system, the removal of two fireplaces, two interior walls and the addition of support beams and load bearing walls. Also the existing family room's ceiling was vaulted, a new gas fireplace installed and all new windows installed. All of this was completed with us still in the home except when the new wood floors were finished. Ryan Schweitzer did an excellent job of completing this project on budget and on time. The project was not without its challenges and ups and downs. Ryan took on each challenge promptly and professionally. Challenges included over booked subs, poor workmanship, rain storms, mismanufactured trusses, etc.”

“My old house had a leaky kitchen sink. The old galvanized pipes just couldn't take it anymore. The plumbers came out and were very nice, they changed out all the old damaged plumbing for the kitchen sink. No more leaks, and the water doesn't back up anymore when I do the dishes!”
