“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“Latitude 33 Design & Construction recently completed a laundry/mud room remodel for us, and I could not be any happier with the results! They were not the only company that we considered, but they stood out right from the first meeting. Mary listened to me when I described how I needed the room to function, and she and Carlos worked together to completely deliver a room that exceeded my expectations! They both have an eye for minute detail, and I fully trusted them from the very beginning. Mary has an eye for design, and Carlos is a skilled craftsman. The contractors that they employ (an electrician and drywall contractor for our job) are also masters of their skill and of the highest integrity. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our time and home. We felt the cost of the project was competitive and fair. They were mindful of our budget and came up with cost effective solutions wherever they could.
