“My name is Noemi Sec and we are a mixed famliy of spanish/ british. We have a villa in Callao Salvaje, townhouses in PalmMar and flats in San Eugenio. We bought them as an investment and rented them out. They are large, have good facilities and a wonderful view, but they were not in good condition and needed a complete refurbishment. Our real estate agent recommended the services of Tenerife Luxury Property Management. Their team of Interior Designers and Decorators planned all the changes to be made and supervised the refurbishment process. The kitchens and bathrooms had to be completely renovated as they were old, the walls had to be painted and the floors were re-tiled.
