“We have had many Reno projects done by Penny - Renovation Jeannie. Her attention to the details, creativity, skill set, project planning and management are outstanding! In 2014 we did a patio conversion, 2016 our bathrooms went from outdated 1979 to bright, modern, clean, with a custom tile shower, and highly functional small spaces! Penny always made sure we were working within our budget but somehow getting all the things we wanted. She helped us with product selection when we needed it and brought in other speciality trades when we needed them to get the projects finished just right. Working in a high rise condo has its challenges and Renovation Jeannie found solutions to all of them. Highly recommend Renovation Jeannie for any Reno’s or updates to your home! We are currently working with Renovation Jeannie starting on our kitchen update 2021.”

“Very professional company to work with. I had them build my house which was ready before the deadline and within budget. They brought to the table new ideas and pointed out trends that might not be in my best interest in the long run. I was very pleased with their workmanship and have had no need for any warranty on the house what so ever. “B. B. S. was hired to build a back yard fence, it was a large project and B. B. S. had the fence built in 3 quick days. 1 day; a week later the finishing touches were done up, that was ok with me because B. B. S. Informed me of the time line he was running on. The job was completed very well done. The job site was cleaned up each day which I liked very much. Not giving the garbage a chance to blow away made me very happy. B. B. S. Did a fine job. Highly recommended. The price was under the quoted price as the size of fence was less size then quoted, which I was also happy to see. Billing was prompt, and he accepted all forms of payment. Thanks B. B. S. I will hire you again.”

“We built our new custom apartment with azARC LTD. ( PERV. PARS ISTA LTD.) and the result was great. The best qualities of building with azARC were working with a family based business. We signed the contract with them and they were very fair and upfront with the costs of the building. During construction we worked with a team who had excellent suggestions and have the pride of their work and I can slike site manager, foreman, surveyor and... they're knowledgeable about options available and has great taste when helping us choose features for our home. If we build another home, we would definitely choose azARC and we highly recommend them to anyone else we know who want to build their dreams. Being a mum and a client at the same time was an unforgettable experience. I am giving a review after 8 years of finishing the project and I have no complain about that. Miss you a lot and best wishes”
