“We engaged Battiston Construction to extensively renovate our entire 2000 square foot condo and are very pleased with the result. Where changes had to be made along the way, the rationale was explained to us. And when we wanted to make changes, these were accommodated when possible. Most of the workers were professional and kept things relatively tidy as they worked (we were not living in the condo except toward the end of the renovation). Luciano Battiston is very knowledgable and made helpful suggestions and creatively solved problems as they arose. His standards are high and he wants the result to be first rate, which it is. In addition, the job was completed as per the quote. However, the timeline ran a bit longer than expected and by the time the finishing touches were required his crew had moved on to another job and it became frustrating getting the final things completed. That said, as minor things have arisen since completion of the job, Luciano has been quick to come by or to send one of his crew to address them and we have very much appreciated the continuing attention he has given us. Renovations are often stressful and full of frustrations (and we had our share), but our experience with Battiston was mostly very positive. We would certainly use Battiston again and highly recommend this company.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“We absolutely love our Mafcohouse. Not only is the building gorgeous it is rock solid and designed to perfection. We are constantly marvelling at the thoughtful dimensions of the rooms, quality of the materials and the life-altering light. And we are not alone in our appreciation. The buzz in our neighbourhood continues even after a few years of residence. The building provokes lots of curiosity and passion to replicate. If we were doing it all again there's no doubt we would choose Mafcohouse. In fact, we're fantasizing about a bunkie to accommodate all our visitors.”

“Chris from Velusina was patient with me and my requests. He worked with my idea's for what the kitchen would look like and added his own touches that I didn't realize wouldn't work. The Velusina crew were always on time and professional. Right now I'm just saving up so that I can get Velusina back to work on the rest of my home because the rest of the house looks incomplete. “2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”

“The team at HTR was fantastic! They've provided us with a detailed quote for our basement project and worked with us in finalizing a 3D design before signing any contracts. Once they started the project we had trades in the basement every single day to deliver a 1000sqf basement within 3 weeks. Alex was our project manager and kept us informed of the schedule and was always available to handle any issues and questions.
