“Pacific Coast Builders, Inc. (PCB) did an excellent job of turning my single story 2,000 square foot home into a beautiful two story 3,100 square foot home. PCB and its employees were very good at listening to all our requests. They put in extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied with all aspects of our home, both big and small. They have a vast amount of experience and were able to assist us in making good decisions. We would recommend this company. We love our new home.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“I rate them 5 stars because they were courteous and helpful regarding (1) addressing the issue of remaking a bathroom for handicap access and usage, with the contractor understanding from first hand experience being in a wheel chair the necessary details; and (2) doing a rush job for us in lieu of my mother's imminent release from the hospital and our need for the bathroom to be done. When my mom was release, it was a HUGE relief to have that bathroom ready.”

“Nick Mao of FTA Construction did a beautiful job on my bathroom/family room remodel and kitchen upgrade. I am so grateful. Nick's ability to "see" my vision was evident during our first visit. He took the time to get to know me and the style I was going after. Throughout the whole process his recommendations were spot on. He worked hard to keep my vision intact, on time, and in budget even when having to make changes. He is a great communicator and I was kept informed throughout. The delays were even communicated to me well. The finishing touches were from his eye. His attention to detail was exceptional and made the entire remodel extremely cohesive and intentional. “Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”
