Typically, you just get one or the other or none. It is so hard to find a reliable contractor, and someone that listens to what you actually want. Rand and Elle are excellent communicators and are so talented in their craft! MMCD is such a unique company, bringing all the years of experience in both design and construction to the Prescott area, in one company. It is awesome to not have to hire 5 different professionals to do what Rand and Elle can do. We know that our home (our finished remodel project) would not be nearly as awesome had we not consulted with Mountain Modern Construction and Design!”

“I hired Ezra Builders to remove all of the popcorn ceilings and re-texture my ceilings, they did a very professional job. I was very happy with there attention to detail my home turned out fabulous!
