“Steven Shore recently remodeled our bathroom, tiled another bathroom and put up backslash in our kitchen. He and his crew were efficient and very respectful to us and our home. We only had a general idea of what we wanted to have done but he provided us with suggestions on our shower build out and flooring. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the redesign. We would definitely rehire them for any future remodels in our home.”

His estimating tools and communication skills far surpass those of any other residential builder I have seen. “We have a 50 year old house that had a very small kitchen in the front of the house. We have 2 acres and wanted to see the beautiful back yard. Melissa Sutherland knew exactly what we wanted, to see the view out back. From the beginning to the end we were never disappointed. From the barrel ceiling with the faux finishes on the recess cans to the stove hood that looks like it came straight from France, I'm a very pleased customer! Then where the kitchen was in front, we changed into a den we all hang out in. Along with the kitchen, we enlarged the patio and added a screened-in gazebo so my husband can smoke his cigars and I don't get eaten alive by the mosquito's. We love the look of our updated home. Next room, The Master bedroom!!!”

“We decided to hire Stoeppler Construction because the business owner lived in our neighborhood. We felt that alone would mean he would have an interest in completing the job as requested and also to preserve his own neighborhood. We made a great decision! Steve and his crew were extremely professional. One of my biggest complaints about hiring a general contractor on a big job is that communication can get lost or muddled between the GC and the subcontracted crews who do most of the work. Steve and his foremen handled this splendidly. Each a time we encountered a small change or deviation from the original estimate Steve was able to quickly provide updated costs and estimates in writing. We were expecting a baby around the deadline for the completion of our work. On the day our kitchen was to be complete, the baby was born. Steve and his crew worked diligently to get our house back to a livable condition before the new baby arrived home from the hospital. I would highly recommend Steve Stoeppler and his wonderful crew to handle your next home improvement!”

“I hired Epoch Construction to convert an attached garage into a master suite, build a back deck patio cover and install new kitchen cabinets. I hired them in February of 2019 when I purchased the house to give the entire home a complete remodel. The entire crew of Epoch Construction was pleasant to work with. Not only did they provide excellent workmanship, but they also were there to guide the project by working hand in hand with other subcontractors. Whenever a construction challenge arose, JT and his crew of problem solvers rose to the occasion and provided options, advice and a can-do attitude to get the job done. They communicate well and show up when scheduled. I sincerely enjoyed working with Epoch Construction and I would hire them again!”
