“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. The work was completed timely and in a manner consistent with my needs and at a fair price. Thank you J&C for the great work and it was fun to get to know Juan and Edwardo.”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“Green Line Construction has done great work for us on two occasions. They were hired by a restoration company to perform all of the repair, painting and and finish work required after a leaking pipe connection resulted in extensive water damage to our home. Remembering their good work, we hired Green Line for a remodeling project that included adding three bedrooms and upgrading a bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally with excellent results. Remodeling is challenging for a number of reasons, requiring ingenuity and patience on the part of the construction company. Green Line Construction certainly provided all that was needed and more.”

“They did such a great job on our kitchen remodel. Everything was very clean, neat and organized throughout the entire process, they really respected our home. Our kitchen was ancient and Lazarus really brought our vision to life. We couldnt be happier with the way everything turned out. They were excellent communicators, maintained the schedule they gave us, and moved through the project really smoothly. Absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend hiring them.”

“I recently re-acquired my rental property from a renter of 7 years. The damage was extensive, and the care needed to fix was out of my abilities. I hired Concision Remodel & Construction to renovate. The business owner, Qian Li and his crew were very professional, and the quality of their work was exceptional. Qian Li was always available to answer questions and address concerns. They completed my property on time, and have exceeded my expectations in every way. I had so many prospects wanted to sign the lease right after they toured the house! It’s absolutely essential to have an honest, hardworking contractor who delivers on their promises and obligations. “After a tree took out my workshop, four trusses, two skylights, sheetrock and insulation, I called Bryan at Trail West Construction. He promptly came out and gave me an estimate, even convincing the insurance company to replace all the roofing when they only wanted to do the damaged area. They quickly repaired all the damage and cleaned up the mess. I highly recommend Bryan and his crew to anyone having a project related to home construction.”
