“Pedro and his team removed a 50 year old faux ceiling in the guest room in my century old bungalow, added furring strips and installed new drywall. Then... they mudded and painted the new ceiling and installed a new ceiling fan for me... in about 36 hours so that my guest room was ready for guest prior to the Indianapolis 500. Quick, flawless execution--at a very reasonable price. I was impressed and so happy with the result, I invited them back to paint the interior of the small house with the same result. They did a great job. I would have them back again and again! :)”

“We hired Dan and his crew to remodel a family home that was built by relatives in the 50's. Dwelling Indy completed the project as promised and handled all hidden issues that can appear when remodeling an old home. “We used the Waire Group to add some finishing touches to our basement. Some of the finishings they completed for us included installing crown moulding and trim work throughout the basement, adding a stone facade and backsplash to our wet bar area, and installing new flooring in the bar area. Charlie and his team were great to work with and easy to talk to about any concerns we had throughout the process. They even worked with us by providing some alternate ideas so that we could accomplish our goals while staying in our budget! They finished the work in a timely manner and we LOVE our basement!”

“A few years ago, we hired Midwest Luxury Baths to remodel our master bath -- a bath that had been poorly designed with a large Jacuzzi tub, no shower, and was very outdated. We had sought other contractors to remodel the room, but none could offer a plan or a price that was satisfactory. Marcy DeShong met with us, listened to our desires, and personally redesigned the entire bath plan that would offer more open space while including a large shower, a nice whirlpool tub, and a full-sized counter with a centered sink for about half the price other contractors were quoting for much less modification. The finished appearance of the room , the quality and durability of the products used, and Marcy's willingness to be certain we were pleased with our new bathroom were second to none. We were indeed so pleased we hired Midwest a second time to complete a partial remodel of our main bathroom, a job also done well. We would highly recommend Midwest Luxury Baths.”

“Randy and Eric provided us with a beautiful design for our backyard that incorporated all of our wishes and then Adam followed through with a great final product - new porch, pergola over dining area and separate seating area with water feature and a fire pit. In addition, Adam turned a screened in porch to a four season room. They were professional, communicated well, cleaned up daily and went above and beyond with getting the city to approve the change to a four season room.”
