We hired Fenlake Construction to build our single storey rear kitchen extension which was was built to an excellent standard and exactly how we wanted. The initial project only consisted of the construction of a kitchen extension but due to us being very happy with the work being delivered we then asked Fenlake Construction to carry out the kitchen fit-out as well. Rob and his team were punctual and attended Site everyday. Rob's team was very friendly and stuck to all their commitments. Rob, project managed the whole project from start to finish and managed to resolve all unforeseen problems throughout the whole process with minimal time and cost impact. All other trades such as plumbing, electrics and plastering etc. were manged effectively with minimal disruption to our day to day activities in the house. We were extremely happy with the attention to detail and quality Rob and his team put in to their work and appreciated all the advice regarding design and choice of materials that was given to us throughout the construction process. “Simon Tingley of NEWAYS GROUP Ltd built an extension to our House in West Raynham. Roof, walls, Doors, skylight, floor. The floor had to have a trap door constructed to cover the old inspection man hole cover. They arranged the skip and the removal of the old asbestos in the correct way. Best of all was the pleasantness of all concerned. Louis the secretary was alway reachable by email and telephone. The work was done slightly below what was originally estimated which was a nice surprise.”
