“I recently bought a townhome and hired another contractor to do some painting for me. The reason why I hired a painter was because the ceilings were 27 feet high and I couldn't do the painting myself. The original painter did about $4500 worth of damages the first day (hours) he was in the townhome and he bailed on me. (One of his painter put a ladder on or against the scaffolding and took the entire system down, putting holes in my walls, tearing up my wood floors and throwing paint in multiple rooms) Mr. Collard came in and worked miracles and was so kind in helping me work within my budget. His crew (Mr. Garcia I believe) came in and did a fantastic job of not only painting but also repairing all the damages from the original contractor. He also did flooring and tile work on the staircase for me and everyone comments on how great the job looks. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Collard and all of his workers.
