His estimating tools and communication skills far surpass those of any other residential builder I have seen. Both the homeowner and I felt informed from the beginning, and we were updated multiple times each week with photos and descriptions regarding the job's progress. I always felt engaged with the the project so I could weigh in on important issues as they happened. I recommend Dan to anyone looking to build a house or take on a large addition/renovation.”

“Steven Shore recently remodeled our bathroom, tiled another bathroom and put up backslash in our kitchen. He and his crew were efficient and very respectful to us and our home. We only had a general idea of what we wanted to have done but he provided us with suggestions on our shower build out and flooring. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the redesign. We would definitely rehire them for any future remodels in our home.”

“I’ve worked with Ibrahim and Ali for both an interior kitchen renovation, as well as a buildout of a detached dwelling unit in our backyard. They did a great job estimating costs, and it was a huge plus that they have the ability to self-perform most of their work so that they are not reliant on subcontractors to finish the job. “We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.”

“The Dan Company did an amazing job on internal and external repairs to my house. The drywall guys did a great job and got the job done quickly and were very neat and clean. The paint crew was also neat and quick, and the finished walls looked perfect. For the amount of work done in the timeframe allowed, my final invoice was very reasonable. I have suggested The Dan Company to my friends also needing home repairs/improvements.”
