“I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“I contacted Clean Slate Construction and roofing for my home my wife and I purchased this January. We had awful looking floors and needed a reasonable company to come install new flooring for us. Mr. Grogan and his team came in and installed our flooring for a very reasonable price and the workmanship was amazing and fast! Love it and I will continue to work with them in the future with anything we need for our home!!”

“I was in contact with Steve over several years as I planned and thought about the project. Steve never rushed the sale and just said whenever I was ready. He and I worked together on the design and he suggested some key items that added alot of value. He came in on budget and on time. His craftmen (carpenters, concrete, & mason's) were very professional and immediately corrected any issues that I came accross. We very much enjoy our outdoor kitchen and covered patio and I have no reguests.”

“If I were to build a home or do a remodel job Morningstar Builders would be a top 5 choice as a contractor in the greater Houston area. Being a supplier to a contractor you truly get to know what type of company they are. I can tell you that they do not cut corners and ask me how they can do a job for cheaper, but rather they ask what they can do to make a job better. This is uncommon in many contractors I work with these days. Morningstar works with you from the beginning to the end. They do not just sell the job, but they help to build it and design it. They really do treat each job as if it was one of their own. I have been happy to know them and work with them and look forward to many years to come.”

“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. None of those horror stories you hear about regarding experience with other contractors not showing up or shabby work. Hire HGI with no worries, the best, ask for Alex.”

“I used this company for a master bath model. Bill, Jim and Vicki were delightful to work with. Their crews were respectful, courteous and hard working. Their supervisors stayed on top of the job and I didn’t feel uncomfortable leaving home while they were working. They even did some other minor repairs while the remodel was in progress. They had good suppliers to work with, also. I was referred to them by several friends who were also, very pleased with their work. Great job, and my bath looks like a resort spa!!”

Micah and her Staff are very professional and knowledgeable and listen to what you would like done. “JoJo helped me select furniture for my formal living space. There were several things I wanted--a place for books and a desk, as well as seating. I was very happy with the way she helped me divide up the long room. She offered us 3 furniture options, and we picked the one that best matched our style. There was absolutely no pressure, but she did help us move the project forward and saved us time furniture shopping. If we'd tried to do it on our own, it would have taken ages, and we just don't have that kind of time, AND we would have ended up with furniture that would quickly look dated. The look she gave us was midcentury modern, and it goes great with our home. We are extremely happy with the final product and with her reasonable rates. There were no surprise expenses. We understood the costs at every step of the way, and JoJo kept everything within the budget and offered affordable options at every step.”
