“In 2008 John Marion Construction, LLC built an estate type home for the original home owner from which we purchased in 2010 located on the Payne Stewart Golf Course in Branson, MO. This home was built from a drawing and article contained in Southern Living Magazine from which construction drawings were obtained. John Marion then built this home for the owner with flair and quality throughout. This nearly 5,000 ft2, all brick, two-level home was nestled into the woods which abuts to the Payne Stewart Golf Course which abounds with club house amenities and wild life. Structural soundness and an abundance of energy efficient insulation are a trademark of John Marion Construction. From the Ozark stone terracing of the yard to the hardwood flooring with soaring ceilings, granite-stainless steel appliances and the fine finished cabinetry throughout, this home is truly a show-piece for the Ozarks.”

“Keystone Build and Design remodeled our kitchen, master bath and then gave the rest of the house a fresh look in preparation to sell. They provided a) excellence in design b) excellence in quality c) were at my home promptly and at regular hours d) always left the home and work area clean e) Chad oversaw the project and I didn't have to be home f) offered a designer to assist with material and color choice that were within the budget and g) finished within the time frame allotted. Granted they are not the cheapest contractor in the area, but you get what you pay for. Our home was in the Terraces Subdivision. The home did sell, we do not believe it would have retained its value had we not worked with Keystone Build and Design to update this colonial.”

“It took me way too long to write this but here goes. BrainNerd Construction really helped me out. Back in 2017 I was hit pretty hard when I decided to remodel my entire home to make it livable. It was in horrible disrepair so I put nearly everything I had into it so that I could have a stable home for my children and I, only to have the first contractor I hired walk off the job in early 2018 with my money and leaving me with a half finished house (bare studs, exposed wiring, and a toddler who just learned how to walk). David Brainerd knew of my situation and called on everyone he knew to help make our home livable again and completed the work that I still needed within what budget I had left. Not only was his crew professional and kind, they were personable as well. While my home still has some work to be done, when it is time to do it I wouldn't want to hire anyone else. BrainNerd Construction has my vote! 10/10 Highly recommend!”
