“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Not only is Moe extremely knowledgeable he was a complete pleasure to work with. From the start he was honest about the timeline, costs, expectations, etc. - we never felt blindsided or surprised along the process. Throughout the renovation, he was in constant communication and explained the work he was doing and reasoning behind the choices he made. He included us the entire time; we felt part of the project. Renovations can be extremely stressful; however Moe and his team made the journey fun and exciting. We look forward to working with them again!”

“Tim Lutke, contractor, makes your dreams happenHe is a gem. He is master of his very skilled staff: construction, electrician, glass fitters, stone mason, plumber, and painters. Foreman , Chris, checks often to make sure if we need anything. Tim has contacts in the field which has been helpful in decision making. The contract for the job was met within the timeline given. Everyone was respectful of the property.They often reviewed the ongoing work. Outstanding completion of a bathroom, closet and repair of a ceiling which had a leak. People who see the workmanship are amazed when they see the completed projects.”

“My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”
