“George Trojan is a gifted and talented professional. He excels in both general contracting of large building jobs as well as being a detailed perfectionist in finish carpentry projects. His work ethic and good humor along with his desire to please the customer make him a delight to work with. Working as the project manager in the rebuilding of my home after a fire, I found him easily accessible and available and immediately responsive to my questions, requests, and suggestions. The advice he provided on design was superb and his ability to grasp and handle a large number of challenges and problems made the job go quickly and smoothly. His practice of working through and completing one job before taking on another made me, as the customer, feel like I was his first and only priority. I would say that his character and integrity make him a contractor you can depend on and put your trust in. I recommend him without reservation.”

“Ron is a true professional. He built a heated, all season room from a screened in porch. He handled all the details, kept me informed and delivered an excellent high quality product, under budget. I highly recommend him for his integrity and workmanship. I will call him for any project I have, big or small. He''s also a really good guy and we miss having him around. He does a lot of work in our neighborhood and all feel the same way about him and his work.”

“I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. “K. A. Clason (Kurt) designed and built our 3 bedroom/2bath Adirondack summer island home on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. Kurt has extensive knowledge & experience of adirondack style homes. Kurt worked with us thru all aspects of the project making necessary changes along the way to meet our needs. Kurt customized the railings using trees from our property. He customized the house to account for my husband's height of 6'7". Cabinetry, closets & storage areas were designed and placed to make the maximum use of the space provided. Throughout the project we witnessed Kurt's incredible working relationship with other subcontractors he brought in to complete our home. We met weekly at the property, Kurt was always available to discuss the project. Kurt has amazing knowledge of building a island home to suit an owners needs. Our home is only accessible by boat. Our project was completed within the original budget except for upgrades we requested along the way & within the time frame promised. Every aspect of the house was first class.”
