“We found Fergie to be very precise ..knowledgeable and professional. He explained the steps to the renovation and the time frame in which it would be completed. We were given a quote and very happy with the price and quality of work. The project area was always kept as clean as possible for the circumstances. We have hired Fergie homes several times and have never had a complaint . The job is always done better than we expected. One of the renovations completed was an unfinished room in our basement transformed into a gorgeous laundry room ..including drop ceilng ..laundry sink ..washer,dryer..with counter top and cupboards ..drywall..ironing board in a wall ..new floor..2 closets for extra storage..with new doors. We have also used him for outside foundation work ,and other smaller projects..with the same result . We would (and have ) recommended this business to anyone considering a builder. Fergie is a very kind and considerate person.”

“JMS completed a bedroom and ensuite bathroom renovation for us. They gutted the existing bathroom and bedroom , installed heated flooring , tiled the floors and the shower. As well as installing the plumbing and the bathroom vanity. The tile work was completed very quickly and efficiently, nice quality workmanship. The painting and prepping of the walls was done professionally. Joel and his team are reliable and trustworthy they take pride in their work”

“We have done three sets of house renovations with Brian North Contracting. The most recent renovation was very large -- we added an addition to our house and reconfigured the upstairs -- and we were not willing to do this large-scale project unless Brian could be our contractor (we would trust no one else!), given how much we appreciated his professionalism during the two previous renovations. The previous renovations included re-siding and roofing on the outside of the house, and remodeling two bathrooms and a laundry room on the inside. Brian is extremely conscientious, hard-working, skilled and creative, organized, timely, and keeps projects to budget. We have plans for a fourth project (a carport) with him this year!”

“I hired NV Builders for an insurance job to renovate my basement after some unfortunate water damage. They were absolutely awesome! They transformed my basement into a warm, comfortable and livable space; above and beyond what was required for the job and somehow within the budget! “Dan did a great job on our master bedroom. He installed the engineered hardwood flooring, installed new baseboards, and reframed the window and created a unique header above it. He also widened the closet by chipping out the plastered wall and installed the closet doors. The flooring was carefully installed matching the pieces and with hardly any wastage. The ceiling was redone and the walls were skimmed so smooth they were better than new. Dan is very meticulous when he does a job and even suggests ways to make it nicer. Dan also did our hallway by removing the existing laminate flooring, perfecting the walls and ceiling once again and even widened the linen closet door. He installed new shelves in the linen closet and painted it all too. He reinstalled the laminate after nailing the subfloor to stop the squeaks in the hallway. We would recommend Dan to anyone wishing to have a great job done and for a reasonable price. The Wilson's”
