“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“The guys at Pacific Coast are super friendly and worked really fast. My wife and I had our 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeled. Clint was very helpful and offered a lot of good ideas. He was very considerate about working within our budget. As work was underway we had a few hiccups, as you would expect with a project of this size. Our project manager JJ was always willing to make it right. Never argued or gave us any attitude. He often smiled, agreed with us, and said "we'll take care of it". By the end of our project we felt like we were friends with these guys. More than once JJ reiterated "hey, we are homeowners too man". Ultimately, real honest and professional outfit. In a world of general contractor horror stories, its really refreshing to see a group of hardworking guys like this still exists.”

“A year ago they came out and gave up a really great quote on our idea for remodeling our home. They are very professional and even went as far as taking us to a few of their project homes to show us the quality of work and some past successes. We weren't able to move forward with the process but as soon as we can we will definitely be using Sockeye Home to assists us.”

“My wife and I met Jim Burbridge owner of ADDB at the Tacoma Home Show in February 2014. We invited him to come to our 1978 built home and make a bid on remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. We were happy with his and the designer's proposal and signed up for the work to begin in July 2014. His employees were tremendous for the demo and reconstruction project. It was finished mid-September, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Every time we walk into the new kitchen and bath we just smile.”

“Elliot Gesang and his crew have helped us on several projects. We added a master bath and the work and craftsmanship was excellent. We got a lot of bang for our buck! Much less than we expected. Even our kids want to use our shower instead of theirs! We also added a new front entry which looks awesome! I get compliments on it all the time. Then we re-sided the entire home, painted and put up all new seamless gutters. His crew did an excellent job on this as well. Finally they are just finishing our new huge patio and cover, the patio is exposed aggregate and looks great and the new patio cover will give us needed shade during the summer, cover from the rain and safety from the snow (our old cover nearly collapsed under the weight of the snow last winter. All in all they have done fantastic work. Gesang Inc. is a small company but works with you on everything from concept, to design to finish! Their prices are reasonable, they are responsive in all matters concerning the project, the employees are polite and respectful, they clean up after themselves and are just good hard working people! I would absolutely recommend Gesang, Inc. to anybody in Pierce County.”
