“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. They did everything they said they would do and made our house nicer than it was before the storm. High quality work and fair pricing. We can’t thank thank you enough.”

“I had no idea who to contact for a tile job but when I inquired, Andy called me back. He is enthusiastic, clean, neat, and very knowledgeable about this work. He came in 2 weeks, was absolutely on time every day. The job was done to perfection with a wonderful cheerful attitude. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!! I almost wish I had more tile work to be done.”

“We recently had our three bathrooms remodeled by Beattie Development. The bathrooms are a huge improvement from the ones that we originally had. I believe that the best you can say about a finished project is that there were no surprises or hidden costs. The first time we met with Paul Beattie, he told us that he believed that he would not be the cheapest but he would be the best. We have no reason to dispute that claim. His team of craftsmen did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the workmanship and definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for high quality remodeling.”

“DELTA BUILD SERVICES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I built 2 homes with DELTA. In spite of the hurricane and the logistics of getting material, DELTA definitely went well above and beyond to ensure that my homes were built on schedule!! They worked overtime to complete my homes. Jess and Ashley were extremely helpful in staying on top of Cape Coral to get my CO done in a timely manner. Jess also helped from day 1 to the very end in helping me pick out colors of everything in both of my houses. Thru out both jobs, Joe stayed on top of the schedule to make sure everything was always moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way! Towards the end of my build Gabriel went thru with me and ensured that EVERYTHING on the punch list was done to my satisfaction. During the beginning of the process of my builds, I had the opportunity to sit with the owner, Ron. He spent over an hour with me going over what I could expect during the process of building my 2 houses. During the end of my builds, I had a time constraint for these to builds. I contacted Ron and asked if he could he help me meet my deadline. Ron personally got involved and got his team together and made sure that my homes made the deadline that I requested. Prior to these 2 builds, I have never met Ron nor did know anything about his company. Because of Ron and his people and what they did for me, they will have my loyalty as I build more homes in the future!!!”

“Tom and Vanessa just remodeled our guest bath, our master bath countertop and installed a garage side door. First, they were a pleasure to work with! So considerate of our wishes and gave us great guidance in choosing finishes. The project turned out better than we could have even imagined with high end details we weren't even expecting! It looks beautiful! Very reasonable price for what was done. This was one of the least stressful remodels we have ever done. Everything was cleaned up as they went along and Tom worked diligently every hour he was here. There were no delays and the work was completed when they said it would be completed. I would definitely hire them again. Plus, they are both really nice people! I give them an A++++”
