“My wife and I selected Michael Nash from among five separate bids for a considerable renovation and expansion of our home. Michael Nash was the second lowest bidder, but our confidence in Sonny Nazemin’s eye for design and considerable number of award-winning designs was crucial in our initial selection. We have a grand house in Reston built in the late 1960s. It has solid bones but really needed a whole house renovation. We also needed more space to house our extended family. Our project consisted of a new two-car garage, siding, roofing and a totally new floor consisting of a master suite and bathroom. From the start of the project I was impressed with the one price upfront to complete the project. Sonny navigated our plans through the difficult process of approval by our local Design Review Board. His personal attention and negotiation with the board led to the rapid approval of our project. Follow on work for our front porch and driveway was reasonably priced. When we requested a re-design of the ceilings for the master suite, Sonny spared no expense hiring several architects to arrive at the design we desired. His vision throughout the project ensured its success. ******************* EXTRA FOLLOW-ON WORK COMPLETED jANUARY 25, 2014 *********************** We gave Michael Nash extra follow-on work with our kitchen because we were so pleased with how our Master Suite and other work turned out. We told Sonny that we had a limited budget but wanted to get as much of the kitchen done as possible. He suggested that we keep our old cabinets and redo everything else. Sonny has a great eye for design and suggested that we take out some cabinets to open up the room. He helped us with color choices that made the kitchen modern and bright. They replaced the oven, the hood, the induction cooktop, the counter, the floor, the sink, repaired and replaced doors, painted the room and put in a new lighting system with ten canned lights. Michael Nash kept to a timetable except for the hood at the end, which was really unavoidable. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and recommend Michael Nash to our neighbors and friends.”

“This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. I had a fantastic experience working with Kurt and I can honestly say, I don’t know anyone who talks about their contractor like I do.”

“We hired Timberlake to do an extensive renovation of our home in 2009. They were a pleasure to work with during every step of the process. Dave Lunden was honest, very reliable and extremely organized. The project was finished on time and on budget. It progressed exactly as he said that it would with no hidden costs or delays. The Project Manager and all of the subcontractors were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. They shared in our enthusiasm, were polite, highly skilled, hard working and responsive. I have spoken with several people who have had extensive renovations done to their home and frequently it was a stressful and unpleasant experience for them. I can honestly say that our experience with Timberlake was the opposite. Since the renovation I have contacted them several times for questions about materials or warranties and they have always responded to my requests immediately. If we were ever to renovate another home we would definitely use Timberlake.”
