“Mike Jones, the owner of Northshore Renovations, is one of the kindest men I know. He has been the "company of choice" for many families in our neighborhood. We began a bathroom renovation project in August. Due to the hurricane, our floor installer was called up to the National Guard for hurrican duty. He had someone else step in for him and the results were poor. Mike has stepped up and assumed 100% responsibility for the situation. He is our advocate and will stop at nothing to please us.”
