He had not attacked that process before, but researched it with not only a local big box store, but the paint distributor as well. He has also painted another bath and done several home projects for me. He is a great guy and does beautiful work. He is very conscientious and a perfectionist.”

“We contracted Hibbs Homes to build a custom house in Frontenac, MO. Kim Hibbs was a delight to work with from first contact: friendly, honest, with our best interests in mind (including cost, quality of materials and workmanship). He is very organized and attentive, with outstanding communication skills ( he is a former TV news anchor). The entire process with HIbbs Homes was well-planned, including development of architectural plans, selection of materials and fixtures, development of budget, and every step of construction. Kim hires excellent sub-contractors, and he and his supervisor were on-site every day to monitor the work, to answer any questions, and to take care of any concerns immediately. What further distinguishes HIbbs Homes is their pricing structure, which allowed us to include high-end features (ground-source heat pump, the latest air-sealing materials/technology, granite countertops, custom cabinetry) at a much lower price point than any other builder we contacted. “We have hired this company for numerous large and small projects. They are professionals who provide an estimate, in writing, prior to the signing of a contract. When a conflict arises, it is resolved in a timely fashion and with a satisfactory conclusion. “This company did remodeling in our basement including putting in a bar/counter. Installed an oak stairway to the basement plus a decorative handrail. They created dormer windows on the front of our house which greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. Each time they have done work in our home the finished product has looked great and the workers have been respectful and cleaned up their work areas well. The work has always been completed in a timely manner. We have been extremely happy with this company.”
