“Gianluca is more than a contractor and it shows. He is very good at what he does. He has fostered exceptional relationships with top-notch trades. He listens and is very responsive. His standards are exceptionally high. He is proactive, and he understands how best to work with clients and guide them through the renovation process. This was our first renovation experience. We changed the flow of the main floor, gutted and expanded the kitchen, moved a wall, windows and a fireplace, and gutted the bathroom and main bedroom closet. Carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were required. We interviewed several contractors, checked references and hired the contractor we thought could do the job. As the project progressed, we realized it was not working out. Mid-job the mistakes and delays became apparent and after much frustration we had to part ways. The project was a mess. One of our suppliers suggested Gianluca. What a relief – the difference was night and day. He quickly and thoughtfully assessed the situation and uncovered problems we did not know we had. We looked forwarded to working with Gianluca and his team each day they arrived on site. Gianluca provided accurate assessments of the work required and completed the work on time and on budget. The results were what we had hoped for, and in some areas better than we expected. Gianluca, all we can say is thanks.”

“The best designer and general manager/contractor of a construction site I've ever seen. Hire her and you cannot go wrong. She has great trades, great taste and hustles to get your job done. She completed a total gut of my 1250 square foot condo and a complete gut of a 2400 square foot house and they turned out spectacular.”

“Chris did a great job with our kitchen remodel. He was very communicative, punctual and professional during the process. His crew was careful and respectful of our home, laying mats to protect our floors and clearing areas before working. He adapted easily to plan changes and the schedule of our countertop installers. Our job involved installing a base cabinet, a tile backsplash, upper cabinet valences/lighting and associated plumbing. He brought in licensed Electricians to perform all electrical work. He provided solid advice on products and referred us to his suppliers which helped save $$. The valence work was well done, there were some challenging corners because of the builders use of cover pieces but he made them all look good, he ran LED strip lighting under our cabinets and hid all wiring behind false panels that matched perfectly, and used false panels to hide bulky electrical in-cabinet plugs giving it a clean look, the tile work was very well done (straight set) and it looks great.”
