“Greg and his crew added a 16X16 screened deck to our home. The deck had to be designed so as to not limit sight of the back yard or light in the house. It has several electrical outlets, a light and fan, 2 outside entry doors and stairways. It has cedar planks and columns and looks more like a mountain lodge than a simple screened-in porch. We, along with our friends and nieghbors, believe it is beautiful. Greg and his crew were wonderful to work with, especially if we decided on a change at the last minute. Prices were very fair. Everything was kept clean and orderly. I highly recommend this company.”

“I don't imagine it happens very often when someone has zero complaints about their contractor. This is one such case. From day one, Virginia and Debbie of Level Craft have been responsive, attentive, and focused on our project. We've yet to experience any gaps between subs -- in fact, there have been only one or two days total when someone hasn't been at our house working, so we've enjoyed efficient, noticable progress each week. Virginia and Debbie know their stuff and, more importantly, know how to execute a beautiful build. Highly recommend!”

“After seeing some work done by MIH Consulting, we were able to meet with Dia Hunter to discuss our basement project. Right away his professionalism stood out as he verbally took us through the steps of the project. Following our initial consultation, we met at his office to cover the detail and cost of our project. Our project entailed various phases and the respective specialist that were assigned provided quality work. Mr. Hunter reviewed the quality of the work performed before moving on to the next phase of the project, always checking with us to see if the work and progress was meeting our expectations. Dia Hunter managed and monitored the project very closely and the end result was a finished basement that we are most pleased with. Mr. Hunter's professional and meticulous nature bode well for a pleasing and flawless result. Resist the temptation to manage your own project and work with a professional. “Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“I hired MACVEL to remove a multi flue chimney, close in the roof and reroof my house. The roof was very old and had multiple leaks that had been patched over a long period of time and there was a lot of damage. They did the job within the time they stated they would, and also within the quoted price. I also added a few items while they were working and they accommodated my request. The roof looks great, and the property was left as clean and neat around the house as it had been before the roofing began. I would hire them again!”

“Carl Mattison Design is truly a full service design house. Carl met with my husband and I a few months prior to begining our kitchen and bath remodel project. He helped us to think through many different options for our space. He was very creative and came up with a design proposal which utilized our kitchen space in a way we had never considered. At first we were hesitant to make such a dramatic change in our almost 100 year old house, but ultimately we selected this design- dubbed "The Ultimate" and we could not be happier! We discussed budget with Carl at the onset of this project and he never lost sight of that parameter. When my husband and I decided to increase our budget, Carl was the one who keep us realistic and worked to help keep cost down. In a house as old as ours it's not surprising that quirks and problems arose. Carl never gave up on finding the most practical, budget friendly solution and was always available to meet when we needed him. He also made himself available to our contractor which made the process smoother when quick decisions or details were needed. Carl helped us to narrow down difficult choices for small and large decisions and always replied quickly when I problems arose. He is always on time and also fun to work with! I happily recommend Carl Mattison Design to all my friends and neighbors who have come to check out our new and beautiful space!”
