“BRJ recently finished renovating our kitchen as well as removing a vinyl sunroom and replacing it with a stickbuilt structure. We cannot say enough good things about the entire project start to finish. Our kitchen is now a dream come true, both functional and beautiful. Our sunroom is better than we could have imagined. First and foremost, the crew and sub-contractors at BRJ Builders were not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and respectful. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the work they were doing and ensuring that we were satisfied every step of the way. I'm a teacher and therefore, was often home before their work for the day was complete. Every single person who came to work treated my home as if it were their own and me with the utmost respect. We loved getting to know the crew and while I'm happy to have a complete project, I'll admit we missed them when they left. Additionally, I was consistently impressed by how tidy the crew left our house each day. Despite the inevitable chaos that comes with a construction project, they took great care to clean up after themselves, leaving our space organized and livable. It made a significant difference in maintaining our peace of mind throughout the renovation process. My dog and children were still able to play and live and I didn't spend my time worried. Most importantly, the finished project exceeded all of our expectations. The attention to detail and craftsmanship demonstrated by BRJ Builders was truly remarkable. Every aspect of the renovation was meticulously executed, resulting in a beautifully finished space that we are proud to call our own. I have essentially become a walking salesman for BRJ, happily handing out Ben's contact information to anyone who might have a project in mind. Overall, I cannot recommend BRJ Builders highly enough. “We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

“I met Chris when I was hired to build a custom shower he and his wife had designed. Walking into the near complete renovation project is was obvious Chris had great attention to detail. The tile I installed highlighted other colors in the master suite.... All the trims were fluent throughout the house, color schemes all seemed to work well together. All the hardware used in the kitchen, bathrooms, foyer to even the shower and lighting fixtures complimented each other nicely I thought. I have since done a few more projects with Ambrose Custom Builders and thoroughly enjoy the unique ideas Chris and his team come up with.”

“Jamaica Cottage Shop is awesome. We had a playhouse (Writers Haven) and a shed (Potting Shed), and both are extremely well built. They're very sturdy, and they delivered it to the exact spot we wanted. Our customer representative, Mindy, made sure we got everything we wanted for specifications. She let us customize the buildings so that they were exactly what we wanted! You can always check out pictures on their website.”

“Unity built a Tradd for us. The house is beautiful and very comfortable to live in. As with any project there have been small issues here and there. The impressive thing has been the way that Unity has responded to them. They have been creative and done whatever it takes to resolve any issue that has come up - even sending out their own staff to take care of problems caused by our contractor (at no charge to us). Unity is a really professional and excellent company to work with.”

“Aspen Ridge Builders recently installed a complete set of replacement windows in our home. Patrick was great to work with, and very accommodating with regards to scheduling and working out the finer details of the project. He squeezed us into a very busy late fall schedule, and made sure that we were taken care of before winter arrived, which was very much appreciated. The entire installation crew was courteous, timely, professional, cleanly, and most importantly, the work that they performed was all high quality. Patrick himself came out a few weeks after completion to tie up a few loose ends and ensure that we were pleased with the results. We have several more big projects planned for the coming years, and Aspen Ridge Builders will certainly be our first, and likely only call.”
