“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

“We are extremely happy with our Patio, Spa and Fire Pit project done by Brandon, Alex, Jake and the entire Lawn Guru crew. The ideas for our backyard were taken into account and made better than we could have ever imagined. The finished product exceeded our greatest expectations. They were very up front about all costs, and pulled out all the stops to make sure we met our deadline. When pre-existing problems in our lot became evident they brought in appropriate experts to make sure the issue was taken care of. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time, and that we wouldn't have any issues 10, 20 years down the line. Every detail was thought of and the attention to detail these guys have is amazing. We would highly recommend the Lawn Guru team for any project!”

“Where do I start! I interviewed a few different companies before I found Ariva and Co. and after reading the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Teresa about my project and after meeting her and Clint in person I just went with my gut and felt that this was the right company for us. I am so glad I did! We originally were just looking for a kitchen remodel but then added on a bathroom, foyer, and closets. They were very professional, respectful, insightful, courteous, and meticulous! We feel so lucky to have found them and are completely happy with the work done. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you Teresa and everyone that helped on our project! “The Pattyn Group designed and installed our fireplace and mantel. It is truly the centerpiece of our house! They helped us with every design element from tile layout to grout color to the wood for the mantel. We used Pewabic tile and they installed it flawlessly. All the work was completed quickly.
