“I have used this company several times from 2012 through 2017. They have done extensive work for my homes including: installing an entire floor with new wood flooring, replacing/repainting siding on my townhouse, complete bathroom renovation, roof repair/inspection, painting, several small plumbing jobs, and some small electrical repairs/upgrades. I highly recommend this company as they have a very high integrity and conscientiousness towards every job they do, both large and small.”

“I called 3 different contractors . Byrum responded in 48 hours and had estimate 48 hrs later. All work was done professionally on time and without any headaches.. It was our families dream to have bonus room added over our garage and Byrum made that dream come true. “Mitchell and his team at Fineline Construction built us the home of our dreams. We spent years coming up with the perfect design for our family and they made it all a reality. Mitchell was super responsive to each and every question we had along the way and helped us make some very important decisions about our home. He always had our best interests in mind and made us feel like our home was the only project he was working on (when I know there were plenty of others he was also managing). We stayed on budget and our home was completed on time. Even after we moved in, I have always felt like we could reach out to him with questions or advice. Building a custom home was stressful - but Mitch and his entire team took a lot of the worry out of it for us. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were unlike any other and because of that, there is no other contractor we would ever trust more.”

He managed the difference crafts and worked with our designer to ensure everything was done correctly. Very easy to get in contact with during the project as issues developed and followed through with all 1 year warranty issues. Very friendly and honest. Will use him again on future projects and would recommend him.”

“We have been very pleased with the addition/ kitchen remodel Distinctive Design/Build/Remodel completed for us. We outgrew our previous kitchen space and I had been frustrated with many aspects of the kitchen design. Vince and Erin listened to the challenges we had in our old space and came up with a design that has worked out as we had hoped for our new space. I love my kitchen again and we really enjoy our additional sunroom and mudroom space. The flow and ample storage areas work out well for our large family. All of the team, including subcontractors, were polite and safety conscious which was important with 4 children from 4 to 12 around the home. We were kept up to date regarding progress and all concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The remodel took a little bit longer than expected, and we were a little naive about the energy it took to move items within our house and live with upheaval for a time, however the results were well worth it!!!”
